Prime Minister Imran Khan gave permission to open Pakistani airspace

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan has given permission for the opening of Pakistani airspace, Syed Zulfi Bukhari, Special Assistant to Prime Minister Imran Khan for Overseas Pakistanis, said in his Twitter message. And thank you for allowing the airspace to open.

He apologized to the overseas Pakistanis that they had to face difficulties.

He further said that overseas Pakistanis have the same rights as the people in Pakistan. Earlier, it was reported that Prime Minister Imran Khan had given the green signal for resumption of international flights. It will be ensured that Overseas Pakistanis will not be left alone in difficult times.

According to media reports, a meeting of the federal cabinet was held under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Imran Khan. The issue of resumption of international flights was discussed at the meeting. Special Assistant Zulfi Bukhari demanded from the Prime Minister to open international flights. On which Prime Minister Imran Khan has directed the concerned authorities to prepare an action plan. The meeting decided to resume international flights in phases. Initially, it was decided to resume international flights to Arab countries.

The next phase will begin after the safe repatriation of Pakistanis from the Gulf countries. Unemployed workers and laborers will be repatriated first. Prime Minister Imran Khan said that other Pakistanis are close to our hearts and we will not leave them alone in difficult times. The Corona epidemic has left millions of Pakistanis jobless. We are aware of the difficulties facing other Pakistanis. Absid Zulfi Bukhari has said that the Prime Minister has given permission to open the airspace.
